Mixed feelings on delivery
I bought a custom embroidered bath sheet. The quality of the towel itself and the embroidery was excellent, really soft and looked professional. However, delivery took a bit longer than I expected for a standard item, around 8 days. The packaging was good, though. Customer service was responsive when I asked about the delay, but it would be better if the estimated delivery was more accurate upfront. Still, happy with the product.
